How did it get to the end of the year so quickly? What a stupid question. I was going to make this a large post but I've cropped it. Now it's like a thank you post or something.

It sure was a bumpy year all things considered. With a few hazardous turns not so gracefully maneuvered I still seem to be here. Most things seemed to drop into place and I had some good times to help shadow bad ones. The last few months have been a blast because of some great people. I thank them all for being the magical bipeds that they are.

All those people who commented on the whiney friends only posts from this year - I'm sorry you read all those (I'm surprised you didn't just skip them). Most were just me venting and some became really long posts. The advise provided was greatly appreciated. I never knew what was going to be said and that's what I loved about it. I didn't want to single people out but... chrissywoo, you're fantastic and always seemed to say the right things at the right times to make me smile. You're a lovely person to know. aphrodite, you give such sage advise and reassurance. You'd always write something to make me think about my actions or realise something I hadn't yet thought of. Actually you are the number 1 commenter who is still on my friends list (seriously, I have the statistics) :P. I'll leave it there with those two local girls though because this isn't a speech for the oscars. The rest of you know how cool you are anyway.

I did well enough in uni but I have the motivation to kick more arse next year. I have a general line of sight for everything I have to get done education wise and I'll follow that line to the end.

Now it's the end of the 30th of December and tomorrow is the eve of a new year. That doesn't usually mean anything to me but this time I'm treating it differently. This time it's actually going to be a new year.
